OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY TRAINING​

 

According to Law 31/1995 on Occupational Risk Prevention, employee training must be sufficient and appropriate to the job position. That is why, at MEDEA, we identify the training needs of each company and develop a customized program as required, so that our clients and their employees have access to the most comprehensive and job-specific information and training in line with their legal obligations.

 

PSICHOSOCIAL ASSESSMENT​

We specialize in psychosocial assessments, particularly in the education and ICT sectors; however, we work across all industries.

We carry out 360° evaluations with comprehensive guidance tailored to each need, involving professionals from various fields such as coaching, occupational risk prevention (ORP) technicians, psychologists, healthcare professionals, and more.

TPC TRAINING

MEDEA is accredited by the Fundación Laboral de la Construcción (Construction Labour Foundation) to deliver the mandatory sector-specific training required by the collective agreement (Construction, Metal, Wood, Glass, and Ceramics).

If our clients need it, we also handle the procedures for obtaining the Professional Construction Card.

ASBESTOS WORK ACCREDITATION MANAGEMENT

We provide guidance, manage the procedures, and handle the follow-up process to obtain accreditation as an authorized company for asbestos handling (RERA), as well as the necessary action plans required for carrying out such work.

SELF-PROTECTION PLANS - SPP
​

At MEDEA, we specialize in designing, implementing, and managing the authorization process for Self-Protection Plans (PAU) in compliance with Royal Decree 30/2015.

Our services include handling all technical and administrative procedures necessary to secure the required authorizations, simplifying the process and ensuring that our clients meet all specific regulatory requirements efficiently and effectively.
